This is center-cut Sushi-grade Yellowfin tuna, pan-seared with a light coating
of cracked black pepper, prepared Raw to Medium Rare. Served with a
sesame-ginger mayo, soy sauce, pickled ginger, wasabi, and seaweed salad.
• Surf & Turf stuffed portobello mushroom cap $10.95
A large portobello mushroom cap stuffed with diced sautéed shrimp & grilled
filet mignon tips, roasted red bell peppers, caramelized onions and capers.
